Refund policy

ClearLedger provides professional services. All purchases are subject to the following refund policy:

Case Assessment Session: Non-refundable once the session has been completed.

Recovery Services: Due to the nature of crypto recovery, fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. If we are unable to begin work on your case we will issue a full refund within 7 business days.

Investment & Trading Advisory: Non-refundable once advisory sessions have been delivered.

Account Security Audit: Non-refundable once the audit has been completed.
